    No, you don’t need to be home during the cleaning. Many of our clients provide us with access instructions, and our professional team will ensure your home is thoroughly cleaned while you’re away. However, if you prefer to be present, that's perfectly fine too!
  • What should I do before the cleaning team arrives?
    To get the most out of our cleaning service, we recommend tidying up any personal items, like clothing and dishes, so our team can focus on deep cleaning your home.
  • Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
    Yes, we bring all the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. If you have specific products you'd like us to use, just let us know in advance and provide those products, and we’ll be happy to accommodate your request.
  • What happens if something is damaged during the cleaning?
    While our team takes great care in your home, accidents can happen. If something is damaged during the cleaning, we will notify you as soon as possible, and address the issue promptly.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    We require 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid any cancellation fees.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice so we can adjust our schedule and help another client in need. If you need to cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, there may be a cancellation fee.
